The collection (2700 items, dated 1933-1986) is chiefly comprised of correspondence, minutes, newsletters, financial records, and scrapbooks relating to the social and philanthropic activities of the club. (4-3-87). The addition to the collection (600 items, dated 1988-1994) contains minutes, scholarship files, correspondence, and other club records. (96-035). The addition to the collection (1000 items, dated 1961-1995) chiefly consists of the president's files; agendas; minutes; and a budget, 1960-1961. (96-129). The addition to the collection (15 items, dated 1986-1998) contains meeting minutes, 1997-1998; correspondence; yearbooks, 1986-1997; and other items. (98-517). The addition to the collection (3 items, dated 1997-2000) consists of yearbooks for 1997-1998, 1998-1999, and 1999-2000. (00-276). The addition to the collection (450 items, dated 1981-2000) further documents the inner workings of the local chapter. It contains meeting minutes, ca. 1980-1999; financial reports; yearbooks, ca. 1980-1999; and assorted printed materials from Altrusa International. (00-392).
